STEPANAKERT, JUNE 8, NOYAN TAPAN. President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian on June 7 visited the village of Khachen in the Askeran Region and participated in the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the HALO Trust organization's activities in Artsakh. According to the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President, Vice-speaker of the British Parliament's House of Lords Baroness Caroline Cox was also present at the ceremony. B. Sahakian expressed his gratitude to the organization for its work, calling it an important humanitarian mission. Then he met with the teaching staff of the secondary school of Khachen village and discussed issues related to school reforms.
