On 24 August Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met American-Armenian philanthropists Hakob and Hilda Bagdasaryan. Issues related to the prospects of implementing difference programs in Artsakh and expansion of cooperation were discussed during the meeting. The Head of State expressed his gratitude to the philanthropists for their constant assistance provided to Artsakh people, in particular for apartments given to a group of families of perished freedom fighters.
