On 17 December President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on forming state commission on organizing the celebrations dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the national liberation struggle of Artsakh people, Karabagh movement.
According to the decree the composition of the commission under the chairmanship of the National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan was set up which is to discuss and accept the complex program of solemn events within the fortnight period.
On the same day Bako Sahakyan signed another decree on making a change in the decree on forming independent commission and setting the procedure of its activities on the issues of grant of parole and substitution of the remnant with milder punishment”.
