On 16 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert region.
In the village of Tsmakahogh Bako Sahakyan met students and professors participating in the “Physical and Biological Complex Systems’ Modeling Technologies” summer school-seminar.
Welcoming the participants President Sahakyan highlighted the significance of the event from the perspective of developing science, education and high technologies, adding that the organization of such scientific assemblies in the birthplace of the world-famous academician Andranik Iosifyan was symbolic.
The Artsakh Republic President then visited the summer camp organized by the NKR Sport Tourism Federation and “Future Generations” Fund in the Kolatak village and met athletes and the representatives of youth organizations spending their holidays there.
Bako Sahakyan considered demanded the development of sport tourism in our republic, noting that it must become one of the most important directions of the tourism industry.
During the conversations held in both camps in a warm and cordial atmosphere the Head of the State answered the questions raised by the attendees.
