On the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, Karabakh Telecom is pleased to announce the continuation of the 50% discounted internet service to all DSL and Fiber Optic delivered subscribers.
In addition, on September 3rd, 2013, in recognition of the New School Year and Day of Knowledge, Karabakh Telecom is pleased to donate free mobile telephones with prepaid SIM cards to all students who will be graduating this year from the School in Machkalashen Village in Martuni Region.

Karabakh Telecom has been in operation since February 2002. During these past 11 years, the company has built new GSM stations, providing mobile telephone coverage to about 95% of the Republic’s territory.
Karabakh Telecom provides GSM, PSTN and WLL services, ADSL and FO internet services, as well as mobile internet service via 3G technology.
