Minister Nalbandian received the First Deputy FM of Kazakhstan

On September 6 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Rapil Zhoshybayev, who is also the national coordinator for the International Exhibition EXPO-2017 on the theme “Future Energy”, to be held in Astana.
Thanking for the reception, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan expressed his gratitude to the Foreign Minister of Armenia for supporting EXPO-2017 exhibition.
During the meeting the sides touched upon the steps to be taken to develop the relations between Armenia and Kazakhstan, to activate mutual visits, inter-parliamentary ties as well as the works of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation. The sides mutually expressed confidence that the membership of Armenia to the Eurasian Economic Union will provide new opportunities for widening bilateral cooperation.
