On 24 February Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received RA minister of territorial administration and emergency situations Armen Yeritsyan. A range of issues relating to deepening and widening ties between the corresponding structures of the two Armenian states were discussed during the meeting, Director of the NKR State Service of Emergency Situations under the Cabinet of Ministers Arthur Haroutyunyan and other officials partook in the meeting.
