On May 2, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received a delegation of “International expert Center for Electoral Systems” NGO, who had arrived in Artsakh to observe the parliamentary elections.
During the meeting, Karen Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of the participation of international observers at the parliamentary elections in Artsakh in the context of improving the electoral system and strengthening democracy.
The sides expressed confidence that the parliamentary elections are another opportunity to reaffirm the commitment of the people of Nagorno Karabakh to universal human rights and fundamental freedoms.
