On 18 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan in the city of Valence visited home-workshop of sculptor Toros Rasguélénian.
President Sahakyan qualified the work of renowned sculptor as an embodiment of patriotism, high professionalism and unique worldview, which is a peculiar and powerful means of presenting the Armenian culture to different peoples.
