On 30 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a consultation with the supreme command staff of the Defense Army at the head of defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan. 
Issues related to army building, situation along the borderline between Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed at consultation.
