President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which major-general Miqayel Arzumanyan was appointed first deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 19916 releasing him from the post of the commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 32964.
According to another Presidential decree colonel Masis Miqayelyan was released from the post of the deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 19916.
On the same day the Head of the State signed a decree on appointing colonel Boris Davidov deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 19916 signing a contract for five years.
According to another decree colonel Alexander Grigoryan was appointed commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 32964 signing a contract for five years.
