On 7 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Chartar in the Martouni region and met with representatives of the community.Issues the town faces and ways of their solution were discussed during the meeting.
 
President Sahakyan gave concrete instructions to the heads of concerned bodies for proper solution of the set tasks.
Prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials accompanied the President.
