On 10 October a solemn awarding ceremony devoted to the Agriculture Worker’s Day took place at the Residence of the Artsakh Republic President.
In his speech President Sahakyan noted that agriculture was among the pivotal sectors of our state economy and issues existing in the sphere were always at the spotlight of the state.
Bako Sahakyan thanked the representatives of the field of agriculture and State Service of Emergency Situations for active participation in effective and safe organization of grain crops harvest, qualifying their work as a manifestation of high professionalism, courage and patriotism.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials partook at the event.
