NKR Representative Delivered a Speech at the Event Dedicated to the 101st Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide

On April 22, Permanent Representative of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic to the USA Robert Avetisyan took part in an event dedicated to the 101st anniversary of the Armenian Genocide organized by Montreal Chapter of The Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU).
Robert Avetisyan spoke about the Armenian Genocide, Artsakh issue and the consequences of the recent aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh. Expressing gratitude to all Canadian Armenians for consolidating around Artsakh during these days, he conveyed special thanks to AGBU Montreal chapter for organizing the event and for keeping issues related to Artsakh in the spotlight.
Minister of Foreign affairs of Canada Stéphane Dion, representatives of Canadian political parties and members of parliament, His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimyan, Chairman of the Executive Board of the AGBU Montreal Chapter Chahé Tanachian also participated at the event.
