Armenia MOD: If anything happens to Karabakh, we will fight for every inch of land

If anything happens to the people of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], to Artsakh, we will fight for every inch of land.
The Acting Defense Minister of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, on Saturday told the above-said to reporters.
“The adversary [i.e. Azerbaijan] continues to reject the creation of a climate of trust at the [Karabakh-Azerbaijani] line of contact,” said the acting minister of defense. “[And] this enables us [i.e. the Armenian party to the Karabakh conflict] to say we can’t speak about mutual agreements without the creation of a climate of trust.”
Ohanyan noted, however, that there is no tension along the line of contact, in recent times.
“The agreement is carried out,” he added. “Heavy artillery has not been used; there were shots [fired] solely from rifle weaponry.”
Seyran Ohanyan stated that the Armenian side expects the Karabakh conflict to be resolved only under pacific political conditions, and within the framework of discourse, mutual agreements, and creation of a climate of trust.
