30 March, 2017 Yerevan, Armenia

The political party Erkir Tsirani
Perceiving April 2 as a mean of a political struggle (although originally considering rigged the "elections scheduled for April 2";
Observing deprivation, by legal prohibition, of millions of citizens of the Republic of Armenia, living abroad, from participation in the political life of the country (the right to elect and to be elected) as a basis for preservation of the clan system;
Taking into the consideration the lack of opportunity to exercise free, fair and equal conditions based elections (the existence of many political prisoners and political persecution, the tortured-murder of humane Arthur Sargsyan, widespread vote buying, use of administrative resources, so-called rating voting, use violence and other unlawful practices).
Being ready to cooperate with all the individuals and the social and political units, who will introduce in the political agenda new, legitimate formation of the government.

Calls on Armenia’s citizens to act with political will and with civic character and on April 2, 2017
1. Not to vote in favor of HHK,
2. Not to vote in favor of the last quarter of a century’s former and current government officials, who are enrolled in any political party or alliance list, who are willing to surrender the territories of our Homeland, who have been illegitimate for decades and a part of occupant government, who did not fulfill their direct duties by becoming a complicit in the occupation.
Based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International norms on the protection of Human rights and freedoms and the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, from April 3, we call on self-organisation in Armenia’s and in the most Armenian populated cities of abroad, without any force or coercion and the individual calling, to initiate a peaceful mass protest actions.
