STEPANAKERT, APRIL 7, NOYAN TAPAN. On April 7 in Stepanakert NKR President Bako Sahakian took part in the solemn ceremony organized on the occasion of returning the Annunciation Icon kept at Artsakh Historic-Geographic Museum in connection with of the 20th anniversary of Artsakh diocese reopening.
