Microsoft's Armenian website will be launched in the second half of 2009, Grigor Barseghian, Director of Microsoft RA company - Microsoft's Armenian subsidiary announced on March 18. In his words, it is envisaged that the website will have the address: microsoft.com/am, to which any search in microsoft.am will be redirected. "We need Microsoft's Armenian site very much, and I think there is a need for such a website in professional and other circles as well," he said. He informed those present that in the second half of 2009 Microsoft will produce a new operating system - Windows 7 which will be officially presented in Armenia. In the opinion of G. Barseghian, the Armenian localization of Windows 7 will be carried out faster than the localization of Windows Vista and Windows XP.
