YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 16, NOYAN TAPAN. The compulsory
electronic re-auction of the property and property rights of
"Bjni" Mineral Water Plant company finished on February 16, at 1
pm.
According to the press service of the National Service for
Compulsory Enforcement of Court Acts, a bid was filed during 10
days of the auction. Based on it, the sale price of the lot made
4 billion 441.5 million drams. Under Article 35.2 Point 6 of the
RA Law on Public Bargaining, the participant who won at the
auction shall transfer the lot's purchase price to the deposit
account or the cashbox of the Service or pay the lot's purchase
price (minus the prepayment) within 3 bank days after the end of
the auction.
To recap, the prepayment for participation in the auction
made 222 million 68 thousand drams. Under Article 35.1 Point 8
of the indicated law, no data on auction participants is subject
to publication.
The reserve price was established at 4 million 441 million
358 thousand drams at the re-auction. The auction began on
February 5.
