YEREVAN, JANUARY 5, NOYAN TAPAN. The compulsory electronic
re-auction of the property and property rights of "Bjni" Mineral
Waters company started on February 5, at 1 pm.
The re-auction is organized in accordance with Parts 1 and
2 of Article 35.4 of the RA Law on Bargaining: "After each
unsuccessful compulsory auction, information on the lot of the
compulsory electronic re-auction will be put on the website on
the second working day. If an auction has not not held due to
the absence of a purchaser or because no addition was made to
the initial price of the lot, during the next compulsory
auction, the initial price of the lot shall be reduced in the
amount of 10% of the initial price established for the previous
auction".
According to a press service of the SCECA, the initial
price was established at 4 billion 441 million 358 thousand
drams at the re-auction. It will last 10 days, until February
16.
