TURKISH NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM TO ARRIVE IN YEREVAN ON

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, NOYAN TAPAN. The national football
team of Turkey will arrive in Yerevan on September 5. The team
will stay in the Yerevan-Marriott Hotel. The team's head coach
Fatih Terim has selected 28 players to train for the match with
the Armenian national football team at the qualifying stage of
the 2010 World Championship. 17 of the 28 Turkish football
players have participated in the last European championship.
Goalkeeper Rushtu Recber and a leading player Nihat Kahveci are
absent.
