BEIJING, AUGUST 22, NOYAN TAPAN. On August 22 Armenian boxer Hrachik Javakhian (60 kg) was defeated by Olympic champion, Russian Alexey Tishchenko in the semi-final at the Beijing Olympic Games and had to content himself with a bronze medal. This is the 6th bronze medal of Armenia's Olympic delegation. Thus, the Armenian sportsmen have finished their participation in the 29th Summer Olympic Games.
