WIJK AAN ZEE, JANUARY 24, NOYAN TAPAN. On January 23, in
the 10th tour of the International Chess Tournament being held
in the city of Wijk aan Zee, Holland, Levon Aronian drew the
game with Michael Adams (England). L. Aronian gained 6 out of 10
possible points and is in the second place. The leader is Magnus
Karlsen (Norway) with 6.5 points. In the 11th tour L. Aronian
will compete with Luke Velly (Norway).
Sergei Movsisian representing Slovakia has 8.5 out of 10
possible points and is the only leader in tournament B. Gabriel
Sargsian is in the 13th place with 3.5 points.
