Ohanian showed obvious contempt for street vendors and buyers at 117 Arehestavorneri Street (Yerevan), disturbed public order by using his "Makarov" pistol and commiting an act of violence against a resident of house No 117. Based on the application of the victim, a criminal case was opened under the RA Criminal Code's Article 258 Part 4. Investigation is underway.
