CHICAGO, NOVEMBER 1, NOYAN TAPAN. The matches of the 1/8 final stage were held on October 31 in the World Boxing Rating Championship being held in Chicago (the United States of America). Among Armenian representatives Hovhannes Danielian (48kg) and Hrachya Javakhian (60kg) defeated their competitors, passed to the quarter final and like Edward Hambardzumian (64kg), gained passes for the "Beijing-2008" Olympic Games. On November 1 the three of the Armenian boxers will compete for entering the semi-final stage.
