The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the USA Congress John Beyner demanded Obama to explain USA participation in the Libyan operation. Beyner said that the Obama administration is risking to break the law under which the President shall, within 60 days to obtain the consent of Congress to conduct any military operations. The White House promised to respond to the demand of Republicans before the deadline.
