YEREVAN, JANUARY 10, NOYAN TAPAN. The 60th birthday anniversary of Nikolay Ghazarian, a Soviet Union champion, double vice-champion and double cup winner, one of great masters of the Armenian football, will be marked on January 11. He played in the USSR youth and Olympic teams, scored more than 100 goals in the "Ararat" main staff, was the first president of the Football Federation of independent Armenia. In the interview to the Noyan Tapan correspondent, N.Ghazarian mentioned that both himself and every football player of the "Gold Ararat" in general played for the sport lover and struggled in the ground track with whole devotion. "That was our greatest goal in football," the eminent football player said.
