YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. By RA Prime Minister Andranik Margarian's decision, Arsen Ghazarian, the Chairman of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen (Employers) of Armenia was awarded with the RA Prime Minister's memorial medal for assistance to entrepreneurial activity and active participation in development of economy of the republic. Noyan Tapan was informed about it by the RA Government's Information and Public Relations Department.
