YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 21, NOYAN TAPAN. It is leader of the People's Party and owner of the ALM holding, Tigran Karapetian who should be called for criminal liability. Armen Mazmanian, Art Director of Goy theater-studio, declared this at the November 21 meeting with journalists at the Pakagits club. In his words, Tigran Karapetian was the first to insult him and his friends, to which an adequate answer was given. We should remind that on the basis of T.Karapetian's lawsuit the case against A.Mazmanian is examined at Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash communities' first instance court. In connection with the expression "pickpocket" addressed to T.Karapetian, M.Mazmanian said that the owner of ALM holding did not put on trial those who said this, which, in his words, confirm the fact. Moreover, during one of his programs T.Karapetian said: "One may do everything when he is young," which, in A.Mazmanian's opinion, proves that this is right. The expression "person seducing children" addressed by him to T.Karapetian, in Mazmanian's words, is only qualification of TV broadcasts seducing the soul and thinking of a child. "I do not abjure my words, this is my right of free expression, my opinion," A.Mazmanian said hoping that the court will understand that he only defended himself. In response to the question, is he going to appear before the court, A.Mazmanian declared that he "will delay this as long as he is ready to be present at a real legal procedure."
