STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 10, NOYAN TAPAN. On October 10, NKR President Arkady Ghoukassian signed a decree, according to which Varam Avagian was relieved of the post of NKR Askeran region's Prosecutor, due to retiring for service pension. According to the report submitted to Noyan Tapan from NKR President's Press Office, under A.Ghoukassian's another decree, Norayr Poghosian was appointed Askeran region's Prosecutor.
