YEREVAN, OCTOBER 6, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Minister of Urban Development Aram Harutyunian will pay a visit to Kotayk marz on October 6 to familiarize himself with the state budget-financed construction of comprehensive schools and to give apartment purchase certificates (APC) to refugee families of the marz. According to the press service of the RA Ministry of Urban Development, 41 beneficiary families of Kotayk marz, 25 of which are from Hrazdan region and 16 - from Nairi region, will receive such certificates on the same day. The RA Ministry of Urban Development has been implementing the APC-2006 program since September 1, 2006, for which purpose 1 billion 740 million drams (about 4.35 million USD) will be allocated from the state budget by the decision of the Armenian government. The program is envisaged for refugee families of Kotayk marz (except for Abovian region) and those families of the city of Gymri that suffered as a result of the earthquake. The program is being implemented in Kotayk marz for the first time. About 220 families are expected to receive apartment purchase certificates, for which 870 mln drams has already been envisaged by the state budget.
