115 MLN DRAMS TO BE ALLOCATED FOR WORLD ELECTRONIC CONTENTS

YEREVAN, JUNE 29, NOYAN TAPAN. At the June 29 sitting, the
Armenian government made a decsion to allocate 115 mln 64.8
thousand drams from its 2006 state budget-envisahed reserve fund
to the RA Ministry of Education and Science for the purpose of
holding the World Summit on Electronic Contents in Yerevan on
October 5-7. This sum will be given as a donation to the
Information Technologies Foundation NGO.
According to the RA Government Information and PR
Department, the government also made a decision to allocate an
additional sum of 23.4 mln drams, which was envisaged for the RA
Ministry of Culture and Youth Issues under the 2006 RA state
budget program on cultural measures of state assistance, for
holding the second all-Armenian cultural festival "One Nation,
One Culture" by the fund of the same name.
