YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 27, NOYAN TAPAN. The experts of the World Bank will present the "Social Picture and Poverty of Armenia" 2004 statistic report on February 28. The Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed about this from the Yerevan Office of the World Bank. It was mentioned that the research was implemented jointly with the RA government. It should be mentioned that till now the results of 2002 were presented by the RA National Statistic Service. According to it, the poverty level in the republic in 2002 decreased by 1.2%, including the non-poor population which made 50.3%, the poor population 49.7%. The extremely poverty population makes 13.1% point of the last index.
