YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, NOYAN TAPAN. From November 5, pensioners of the republic have an opportunity to turn to the "Hot Line" service of the RA Social Insurance State Fund (SISF) by making free calls on 080080 343 and 080080 353 phone numbers and get answers. The service was founded with the assistance of the US Agency for International Development and the PADCO organization. The service operates at the building of the SISF Shengavit center one of the offices of which was provided with computers and other equipments necessary for works of the service. Operators were chosen by a competition for work at the service. They participated in trainings improving communication abilities and got proper certificates. More than about 540 thousand pensioners make use of present SISF services, 104100 of those insured and about 420 paid employees implement social payments. The SISF has 51 regional centers including 10 ones in Yerevan.
