YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 14, NOYAN TAPAN. A program addressed to experimental discharging of children's homes and special eductional institutions is envisaged to implement in the Lori marz in 2006. As Lala Ghazarian, the Chief of the Department on Women's and Children's Problems of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs informed the Noyan Tapan correspondent, according to the program, coming out of needs of a given family, corresponding assistance will be shown to provide necessary conditions for care of a child returned family from such institutions. L.Ghazarian mentioned that on parents' initiative, 55 children returned families from children's homes of the republic starting from early this year.
