Private Lendrush Nazlukhanian, a serviceman for a fixed period, was arrested on suspicion of committing a crime envisaged by Article 373 part 5 of the Criminal Code - in connection with the criminal case related to the death of private Hayk Mkrtchian, a serviceman for a fixed period of Defense Army of the NKR, on September 7. Investigation is being conducted, NT was informed by the press service of the RA Ministry of Defense.
