Defense Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanian on September 26 left for Russia to participate in the final events of the active phase of “Center 2011” strategic military exercises held at Chebarkul military academy on September 27, within the framework of the CSTO. Armenia participates in these military exercises as an observer.
