The usual meeting of Armenian National Congress will take place on September 30 where the plans of ANC's further steps will be discussed. The coordinator of the Congress Levon Zurabyan said this during the press conference on September 27 and noted the main reason of the meeting, "On September the authorities should orinetate in the issue of helding special elections. We have time but I don't think they are ready to yield." In L. Zurabyan's words the authorities stand in the midway and don't yield considering that the tensions has weakened. However according to him the reason that the teansions has weakened is the following, "People expected their demands to be satisfied through a dialogue." The coordinator of ANC noted that through a dialogue they aimed at making the voice of people available to the authorities and secure the transition to democracy. "If the dialogue doesn"t serve as means of solving the sutation we whould use other means," L. Zurabyan announced. In his words at the same time they guarentee the peaceful process of mass actions.
