The USA calls for Armenia and Azerbaijan to be open for the process of Kharabakh conflict. As Kit Been, the leader of the USA Embassy press service to Azerbaijan reported SalamNews, the USA believes that the military way is unacceptable in that conflict. He noted the USA is faithful to the regulation of the conflict without any force and according to Helsinki principles which refer to the identity of the people and territory integrity. K. Been expressed confidence on the relations between Armenia and Turkey that the rapprochement between the two countries is of strategic importance and will strengthen the stability and development in the region. “We believe that reconciliation is important both for Turkey and Armenia and the Caucasus region. It is our common dream that Armenia and Turkey treat their past scares and look forward together”, K. Been Said.
