Within the framework of its project “Strengthening Electoral Processes in Armenia”, funded by the EU, the OSCE Office in Yerevan announces a Call for Implementing Partners to carry out domestic observation of the upcoming parliamentary elections. Civil society organizations, registered in Armenia, with a relevant mandate, proven experience and capacity to carry out independent election observation in the indicated regions of Armenia are eligible to apply. Project starts in March 2012 and lasts till June 2012. The OSCE is co-ordinating its support for domestic observation with other organizations in order to adequately cover the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The deadline for submission of application is 20 February 2012, 18:00.
