The results of the 6th Pan-Armenian Painting Contest and 4th Animal Carnival were summarized.

Hundreds of children from different regions of Armenia and Diaspora had participated in the 6th Pan-Armenian Painting Contest. The authors of the best 17 paintings were awarded with special prizes from FPWC’s General Partner VivaCell-MTS and other companies as well.

Ruben Khachatryan, FPWC Founder, welcomed the guests and briefly presented FPWC’s activities in 2013 as well as summarized the results of the contests. VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian also spoke to the audience and handed over some of the awards.

«The biggest victory of these children is the message directed to the society: to love the nature, not to be indifferent, not to be irresponsible, to live in harmony with the nature, to reject consumerist approach, not to destroy our planet’s ecosystem. I am happy that these young people have this belief. Today we can see it in pictures, tomorrow it will be reflected in their behavior», mentioned VivaCell-MST General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

This year the jury members were Kristin Morell (wife of the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Armenia), Karen Manvelyan (Director of WWF Armenia) and Marie Adamian (artist). The topics of the contest were:
