On October 11, in Moscow, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan took part in the 5th Congress of the All-Russian public organization 'Union of Armenians of Russia'(UAR).
At the Congress, Karen Mirzoyan read out the address of NKR President Bako Sahakyan, which, in particular, noted the contribution of the UAR to the stregthening of friendly relations between Artsakh and Russia, as well as the implementation of important projects in the NKR and assistance in disseminating truthful information about Artsakh.
On the same day, at the State Kremlin Palace, the NKR Foreign Minister participated in the solemn ceremony of conferring the UAR’s “Soglasie” (Concord) International Award established in 2014.
