The wildlife is unpredictable. Taking care of it requires special means. Sometimes the human-wildlife interaction has unexpected consequences, and in that case the human being, as a rational creature, must show prudence and care for wildlife values.
As you may have heard, recently, a wild brown bear was found trapped near Karaglukh village of Vayots Dzor province. Through the efforts of the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the animal was remotely sedated, transported to a safe area and set back to nature.
Throughout the few last years, FPWC has been supported by our partners; Special thanks to International Animal Rescue (IAR), who are always by our side and support the implementation of important projects in Armenia.
