YEREVAN, MARCH 3, NOYAN TAPAN. On March 3, Gagik Tsarukian, the Chairman of the Armenian National Olympic Committee, and Ralph Yirikian, the Director General of VivaCell-MTS, Armenia's leading mobile operator, signed a bilateral agreement, according to which VivaCell-MTS will allocate 100m drams to the Armenian National Olympic Committee in 2009 for development of olympic kinds of sports in Armenia. Thanks to that partnership the Armenian sportsmen will more often take part in international competitions and rating tournaments. After the official ceremony G. Tsarukian and R. Yirikian answered journalists' questions. G. Tsarukian also gave certificates confirming the title of RA international class sports master to 13 representatives of 5 kinds of sports (ushu, athletics, sambo, weightlifting, boxing).
