Shavarsh Kocharian, president of National Democratic Party, former member of PACE Armenian delegation, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs by Serzh Sargsian's decree. The President's press office reports. Shavarsh Kocharian has been member of the National Democratic Union (NDU). He has been deputy of the previous four convocations of Armenia's National Assembly, first as a member of the National Democratic Union, then as a member of the parliamentary fractions of Ardarutiun (Justice) Alliance.
