The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has established a working group to study hailstorm incidents.
"In accordance with Article 7, Parts 5 and 16 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government and Clause 130 of the Appendix to the Government of the Republic of Armenia Decision No. 252-L of February 25, 2021,"
1. To create a working group for the study of hailstorm incidents in 2026, to substantiate their irregular (anomalous) nature, to quantify and financially assess the damages caused, as well as to evaluate the operation of anti-hail systems before or during the occurrence of hail in the areas or near the areas of hailstorms.
2. To approve the composition of the working group according to the appendix:
3. The head of the working group shall report to the Prime Minister within one week on the results of the work," the decision states.
