If Azerbaijan is sure that it will win in the war it won’t lose a moment. However, according to international analysts, though Azerbaijan spends major expenses for obtaining military techniques, it won’t be able to win in a war. The head of ARF Armenian Cause and Political Issues office Giro Manoyan announced this during the press conference on June 14. Touching upon the meeting of the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents held in Kazan on June 25 and the negotiation process over Nagorno Karabakh issue K. Manoyan noted that Azerbaijan continues to insist that for it the regulation variant is the self-government state of Karabakh in Azerbaijan structure which means the solution with no prospects. Speaking about the possibility of signing a document in Kazan, G. Manoyan noted that the main approach was the agreement with the existed principles, on the basis of which the peaceful agreement should be worked out, which could last for years. In his opinion, if this meeting ends with a positive result, it will be a success for the both sides, because the negotiations will go on. And the failure of the negotiations is not beneficial for Azerbaijan as it is not able to win in a war.
