STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 5, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. On September 5, NKR President Arkady Ghoukassian received publicist Boris Baratov, author of a number of books dedicated to the historic and cultural heritage of Armenia and Artsakh. As Noyan Tapan was informed by the Acting Spokesperson for NKR President, the interlocutors, in particular, touched upon the idea of publishing an illustrated book presenting the way passed by Artsakh, its people and statehood during the last 15 years. The President highly estimated Boris Baratov's activity and wished him creative success.
