On October 11 in Tsakhkadzor the Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participated in International conference on "Contemporary Issues and Perspectives of compulsory enforcement of judicial orders service in the State and Private Systems" organised by the RA compulsory enforcement of judicial orders service. The RA Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan was also present at the conference. Welcoming the participants of the conference the Prime Minister said, "Our goal was to find effective mechanisms which will ensure the implementation of judicial acts and trust of public towards that institute. From this point of view our legislation has improved stage by stage and we are ready to show everybody our experience. It was also interesting for us to study international experience. We know that there are countries where these mechanisms are used effectively though the existence of institute of state compulsory enforcement." Tigran Sargsyan informed that an electronic system has been applied in the system in order to organize auctions in this way. "The dissemination of this way makes the activity of our institute more transparent and thus the trust of our citizens also increases. We should also confess that the volume of electronic activity is not large and it is conditioned by the circumstance that telecommunication and information technology have rapidly developed only during the last five years which resulted the increase in the number of internet users," Tigran Sargsyan said. The head of the government expressed hope that the conference will give an opportunity to find solutions which will promote to find out new tools and legislative mechanisms. According to the press office of the RA Government, representatives of compulsory enforcement of judicial orders services from Belgium, Czechia, Bulgaria, Belarus, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Israel, Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Sweden, Ukraine and the NKR participate in the conference.
